Individual Care

Individual care will begin with an in-depth assessment of your pertinent medical history and areas of concern. The PT and patient will then develop an appropriate plan of care to achieve the identified goals. The purpose is to develop an effective and efficient means of getting you independent in managing your symptoms and back to a lifestyle you enjoy. As a cash-based physical therapy business, no referrals are required to begin care. Superbills are available to submit to insurance for reinbursement at the patient's request.
